Refund policy

Consumers enjoy the right, exercisable without any penalty, to withdraw from the contract according to the Italian legislation in force (Legislative Decree 206/05). The buyer must contact the seller within 14 days of receiving the item. By exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer will obtain a refund of the amount paid, with the exception of the costs relating to the return of the product which remain the responsibility of the buyer. The right of withdrawal applies only to goods intact at the time of return.
